What is being done to Leigh is wrong
Leigh is being forced to spend thousands of dollars in child support to his ex-wife for support of a child that is not his, in order to stay out of jail again. Both of his ex-wives are vindictive and will not stop persecuting him using the family la legal system until he is "destroyed." He is not a jerk, he wasn't the one who cheated. He has friends who have created this website for him because they see the injustice that's been done to him. If you can spare $10, $15, anything, please contribute to his defense fund to help him stay out of jail over a child that is not even his.
Please contribute to Leigh's defense fund to stop this madness and keep him out of jail. Every little bit helps, even $10 or whatever you can afford. If you cannot afford to financially help him, please spread the word about his situation to everyone you know and the media. Leigh would be so grateful.

Leigh was placed in jail in another state for months over non-payment of child support for A CHILD THAT IS NOT HIS OWN!LEIGH'S STORY In February of 2006, my first wife Jana of many years, who I have four children with, asked for a divorce. I was crushed, yet as bad as I felt I would come to know, there would be worse feelings. Like when I found out she was leaving me for my long time friend and family friend……. etc. etc. I found myself filling many roles previously filled by Jana like handling the banking. On one such trip to the bank I was introduced to a lovely young woman with kind eyes and a glowing smile named Marcy. She worked at the bank as a personal banker. After Jana and I divorced, I got up the courage to ask her out and ……… after several wonderful months we got married. We were blessed with news that we would soon be having an addition to the family. With my four chidren and her two children, we needed a larger car that would seat nine.
Shortly after this, my new wife Marcy moved out. She said she wanted space to think, which I gave her. I expected her pregnancy was adding to the pressure of the recent changes. I tried to be supportive and patient. Eight months after the wedding, my new bride was back with me and the children under one roof. The baby came and I feel in love with her all over again. She was a beautiful mother and the baby…… my baby Bell was stunning. I could not have been happier. This lasted three months -- till Marcy packed up and left again. Over the next three years I worked to bring us back together. Marcy fought my efforts the whole time till in 2009……. She filed for divorce. As I was expected to do, I caved in on all issues trying to be a good dad and a friend to Marcy who……. I still loved. The months after the divorce were the hardest to date. They ended in 2010 when Marcy confessed the child was not mine, and……… she had been with many men while she was pretending to be married to me. The daughter we had she had fathered with another man before we were married. She was to follow this up by moving away from Arizona with no hint at her whereabouts. Without being able to have Marcy served there was no getting to the bottom of her grand finale. No changing child support from the $950.00 for the one child. No DNA test to see if she was lying. No quieting my fears that my baby who I love is ok, safe and healthy. Then on October 25 of 2012, Marcy makes a grand reentry into my life equally as painfully as her departure. I had two sheriff's deputies grab me and place me under arrest for a warrant in Missouri for failure to pay child support. Over the weeks and months to come I would learn that Marcy had moved to Missouri, applied for government assistance, and the county in return issued a warrant for me and her first husband. Regardless of Marcy committing a class 4 felony in AZ for Custodial interference……… I was locked up and currently face four years in prison. The Missouri judge has allowed me the chance to return to Arizona to clean up this matter……. But it requires YOUR money! I have been financially devastated by all of this, the court costs have destroyed my finances, or I would not have spent all of last fall and winter in jail over non-payment of child support for a child that is not my own. If you have any conscience over what is happening to fathers in our country, due to laws that are so biased against us, please help me with a small donation - no matter how small!
